I need to change my personal details on my candidate account, how can I do this?

Candidates must email us (qualifications@propertymark.co.uk) with their change of details so we can update their candidate account.

If candidates need to update their name or date of birth information, they will need to provide us with a scanned copy of their photographic identification (passport/driving licence).

If candidates need to update their name due to getting married/divorced/deed poll, they will need to provide us with a scanned copy of their photographic identification in their new name as well as a scanned copy of their marriage certificate/decree absolute/deed poll document.

I’ve lost my login details for my candidate account, how can I obtain a reminder?

Please refer to the log in section in the top right hand corner of our website for instructions on how to obtain a Candidate Number reminder and a password reminder.

I’ve registered for the incorrect qualification, how can I rectify this?

Candidates must email us (qualifications@propertymark.co.uk) immediately with the incorrect qualification title and the correct qualification title so we can assist further.

I failed my examination. Can I have feedback on the questions I got wrong?

We cannot discuss questions or the answers presented as this would be in breach of our Examination Regulations.  All examination questions are taken from a live pool of questions and disclosing these questions would damage the integrity and security of the qualification. 

For candidates that have failed an examination, they receive a score sheet at the end of examination(s) showing their performance in each learning outcome.  This only applies to Award examinations and not Level 4 Certificate examinations. 

I failed my examination but feel a question asked was not appropriate. Can I have my paper checked?
