Propertymark Qualifications brings together learners, employers, training providers, stakeholders and successful candidates who achieve one of our Property-related qualifications during the past year for an annual celebration of educational success and recognition of lifelong learning.

We also have awards that recognise learners that have performed well in their examinations over the past year. Lettings Candidate of the Year includes learners that have completed inventory and tenancy deposit qualifications and the Sales Candidate of the Year includes those that have achieved residential and commercial qualifications.

Lifelong Achievement
Winner - David Hughes
An individual who has given an outstanding contribution in supporting others in training and development helping raise the profile of careers in property. This is awarded at the discretion of Propertymark and Propertymark Qualifications for outstanding services to education, training and professional development.

For the second time, the event was held at the House of Lords. This gave us the opportunity to celebrate our candidates' achievements and demonstrate excellence in front of the people that are legislating on qualifications and regulations for the property industry.

Boasting fabulous views overlooking the River Thames, shortlisted candidates and attendees are able to take in the iconic sights of London from the terrace, whilst enjoying a drinks reception and canapes.
