UK Pearson Vue test centres 

Pearson Vue

Our examinations are held at UK Pearson Vue test centres. There are roughly 140 Pearson Vue test centres across the country.

To find your nearest test centre, log into your online candidate account or give Pearson Vue a call on 0161 8557 537.

Examination costs

Qualifications at Level 2 or 3 (England, Wales & Northern Ireland) or Level 5 or 6 (Scotland)

  • £50 - When booked as individual units 
  • £80 - When booking two units together that will be taken back to back on the same day by one candidate. Use promotional code TA_TWO_EXAMS16 when booking online.
  • £100 - When booking three units together that will be taken back to back on the same day by one candidate. Use promotional code TA_THREE_EXAMS16 when booking online.

Qualifications at Level 4 (England & Wales)

  • £80 - When booked individual units 
  • £125 - When booking two units together that will be taken back to back on the same day by one candidate. Use promotional code CERT_TWO_EXAMS when booking online.

Retakes will incur the same costs and these prices apply to all candidates and all examination fees are paid to Pearson Vue and cannot be taken by Propertymark Qualifications. 

Booking examinations 

You must enrol with us as a candidate before you book your exams:

If you have forgotten your candidate number (prefixed 'Q') please email us on qualifications@propertymark.co.uk with your name and date of birth and we will send you a reminder. 

If you've forgotten your password please email websupport@propertymark.co.uk with your candidate number, name and date of birth and they will send you a new password.

A new password will be sent out via email; this process can take up to 3 working days as this is not an automated reply system.

Once you have your candidate number and password, log into your online candidate account or contact Pearson Vue's booking line to book your exams.


Level 4 exams can only be sat in set booking windows and the schedules are available to view on the relevant Level 4 qualification webpage.  

Identification requirements

You will be required to show TWO forms of identification (ID) at UK Pearson Vue test centres to be permitted to sit your exams. Identification requirements are the following: 

ONE form of ID from Group 1 (which must contain a photograph, name in Roman characters, signature and must be valid and ONE form of identification from Group 2:

GROUP 1 (photo and signature verification)

GROUP 2 (additional signature verification only)

  • Passport
  • EU photocard driving licence (full or provisional) 
  • Credit card
  • Debit card 


Please do not book examinations if you do not have the required valid ID documents; if you do not have your ID then you will not be permitted to sit your exams and no refund will be given.

Please contact us if you have any queries regarding your identification requirements. 

Cancellation policy - 72 hour cancellation period 

You can reschedule/cancel examination bookings up to 72 HOURS before the exam is due to be held. This can be done via your online candidate account or by telephoning Pearson Vue directly and a full refund will be given.

Exams NOT attended or cancelled with less than 72 HOURS notice, will be charged and no refund will be given.

Exams that have been booked BACK TO BACK can only be resheduled/cancelled by telephoning Pearson Vue directly. 

Re-sitting examinations

You can attempt an examination as many times as necessary until the unit has been passed.

Retakes can be booked via your online candidate account or by telephoning Pearson Vue on 0161 8557 537 the day after your examination. However you will not be able to physically resit the failed examination until 10 days have passed due to a 10 day study period.
